There is no doubt that many individuals are often skeptical when utilizing review sites that often appear to be made by affiliate marketers and others that are trying to make a profit from the reviews that they provide. This is something that has, for quite obvious reasons, allowed potential consumers the extra bit of peace at mind when trying to decide which product will be best for them.

The problem with many of the affiliate marketers that run review sites is the methods that they use in order to rate the products. A typical practice is rating the products in terms of which products provide them with the most profit per sale. By doing this they are able to positively influence their bottom line by tricking consumers into thinking a certain product is superior to another. In reality, the highest rated product on their site is commonly the product that provides them with the highest percentage of profit per sale. This is one of the main reasons that these sites are best avoided when looking for accurate reviews of products.
